The world is facing technological change unprecedented in its complexity and sophistication. New tech-driven sectors and services are emerging, offering transformational solutions for society and commerce. They are becoming key drivers of the global economy and government strategy. This quantum leap in science and technology has given rise to DeepTech products and services which address our ever-evolving global challenges. Deep technologies are defined by advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI). DeepTech and AI have the potential to substantially improve healthcare, education, security, and many other crucial areas of life. Such, DeepTech out of necessity, is rapidly becoming an extremely complex, extremely multifaceted industry.

The UK Digital Ecosystem Dashboard’s proprietary digital industries classification framework identifies prospective Tech industries and provides advanced analytics combined with innovative matching capabilities for stakeholders. The platform aims to improve decision-making processes regarding technological innovations from both analytics and execution perspectives. It can serve as a one-stop automated data diagnostics and analytics platform for companies, start-ups, governmental bodies, and investors. Global Longevity Governance Big Data Analytics System

Another industry at least as complex and multifaceted as DeepTech is Longevity. Sitting at the nexus of sectors such as BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, FinTech, InsurTech, and many more, the sector is focused on healthy ageing, comprising technologies, and software aiming to improve health and lengthen human lifespan. It presents solutions for the prevention, detection, monitoring, and treatment of chronic diseases. Highly advanced IT, Data Science, and predictive technology have created a dynamic and diverse Longevity ecosystem encompassing Geroscience R&D, P4 Medicine, AI, and Finance. The Longevity Industry has the potential to become one of the largest and most sophisticated industries of all time.

Deep Knowledge Group’s Global Longevity Governance Big Data Analytical System is an advanced AI based platform designed to provide dynamic data about main healthcare indicators worldwide.

It implements a state-of-the-art innovation known as the Longevity Governance Index, which comprises a robust data-driven system of tools assembled into a single, integrated and sophisticated recommendation system for population health policy construction and execution.

GovTech as a Driver of Longevity Industry Development Strategies

DeepTech and Longevity go hand in hand. While the total market capitalisation of these industries is difficult to calculate, it is clear that their global market cap will be measured in the tens of trillions by 2030. Even today, we can conservatively estimate it at more than $10 trillion. Before the end of this decade, we may witness DeepTech and Longevity subsectors emerge into multi-trillion industries of their own, determining the growth and stability of healthcare policies and national economies while promoting social inclusion.

The political, economic, and industrial capital that municipal and national government control and dispense is larger than any other industry stakeholder, and the stakes are proportionately higher, given that they are tasked with maintaining and optimising the wellbeing and quality of life of their citizenry, and the size, integrity and stability of their economy - or, in other words, the health and wealth of their populace.

As governmental involvement in Longevity Industrialization becomes increasingly necessary, we are beginning to see emergence of Longevity policy activities in a growing number of regions, as policy and governance assumes an increasingly pervasive and necessary role in the future development of the Longevity industry.
