Deep Knowledge Group Global Competitiveness Index Suite

The Project is developed

with technological support of

Deep Knowledge Group

Deep Knowledge Group (DKG) is building a coordinated suite of three global competitiveness indices — the AI Global Competitiveness Index (AI-GCI), the Quantum Technologies Global Competitiveness Index (QT-GCI), and the Longevity Global Competitiveness Index (L-GCI) — designed to benchmark how countries and cities are preparing for leadership in artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and longevity systems. Rather than ranking research output alone, these indices assess real deployment readiness: infrastructure depth, capital formation, governance maturity, ecosystem strength, industrialization capacity, and translational capability. AI-GCI (the most mature, consortium-established platform) focuses on AI deployment in biotech, healthcare, and longevity; QT-GCI evaluates readiness to industrialize quantum computing, communications, and sensing; and L-GCI measures how effectively jurisdictions are building policy, economic, medical, and R&D systems around longevity as a competitiveness domain. Across all three, DKG provides the technical and methodological backbone while consortium and expert structures reinforce public legitimacy, comparability, and institutional credibility, forming a unified benchmarking architecture for next-generation technological competitiveness.
